1978 – (Brief history). Philemon Ngele obtained employment in 1978 with Mather & Platt Fire Protection Engineers as casual pipe fitter/labourer.

1986 Mather & Plant
Closed their operations in South Africa subject to International sanctions imposed at the time. During employment at M&P – Philemon gained considerable experience and recognition for his skills in many aspects of Fire Protection, cultivating the passion and inspiration to one day be the best. With our dedicated, loyal and responsible work ethic as well as efficient and effective service delivery and maintain long-term work relationships with our clients.
